What is Proteksia 2 It used to be that you couldn't get a job in Israel without proteksia. Even today, proteksia can still work wonders for you. So what the heck is it? One of the most popular programs on Israeli television these days is a sketch-comedy show called Ketzarim, “Shorts”.
